GRANKIA manufactures long life sealed lead acid battery in CHINA.

FG120-12 lead acid 12v 120ah battery

GRANKIA FG120-12 12 volt valve regulated lead acid 120ah battery for inverter is designed to be deeply discharged and recharged hundreds of times.

GRANKIA AGMs use more lead, heavier plates with high-density paste (active material) and other proprietary materials that enable them to deliver more reserve power and maintained capacity over many life cycles.

Due to its outstanding performance, the valve regulated rechargeable 12v 120ah battery is a favorite in a wide variety of applications. Maintenance-free and leak-proof, the battery is ideal for standby projects that require minimal monitoring.

FG120-12 valve regulated lead acid 120ah battery

The electrolyte (acid) in AGM batteries is fully absorbed in a sponge-like absorbent glass-mat between plates to prevent spillage, leakage and corrosion. The highly-porous nature of AGM separators allows for improved current flow between the plates when discharging and recharging. GRANKIA AGM Deep-Cycle batteries are used in numerous applications and are the preferred option where safety, cleanliness, long-life and totally maintenance-free operation are desired.

12V 120AH Battery Features

1.) AGM technology

AGM stands for Absorbent Glass Mat. In these batteries the electrolyte is absorbed into a glass-fibre mat between the plates by capillary action.

2.) Low self-discharge

Storing batteries at lower temperatures thus reduces the rate of self-discharge and preserves the initial energy stored in the battery.

3.) VRLA technology

VRLA stands for Valve Regulated Lead Acid, which means that the batteries are sealed. Gas will escape through the safety valves only in case of overcharging or cell failure.

4.) Puncture Resistant Case

Each of the 6 cells within this SLA battery is wrapped in a puncture resistant polyethylene envelope, so even if the outercase is pierced no leakage will occur.

5.) Maintenance-Free Design

Minimises technician time spent at site and on battery related callouts.

6.) Anti Buckle Separators

Internal plate buckling can kill a battery outright or simply reduce its lifespan. Our AGM separators gives the plates extra support to eliminate buckling.

120AH Battery to Watts

Watt is the unit of power and it represents the amount of power store in a battery. Theoretically, the amount of power store in a battery is equal to the multiple of battery Voltage with battery Ampere- hours, hence the amount of power store in 12 volts 120Ah battery is equal to (12x120=) 1,440 watts, in 24 volts 120 ah battery is equal to (24x120 =) 2,880 Watts and in 48 volts 120 Ah battery is equal to (48x120) 5,760 Watts.

Proprietary quinary alloy plates and exclusively treated plate grids enable low internal resistance and high discharge currents of up to 10 times the battery rated capacity. This means that GRANKIA vrla batteries can power home appliances with high current ratings.

Backup time of 120Ah battery

The backup time of the battery depends upon the discharge rate of the battery. This means the faster your discharge battery the less backup time you will get. In other words higher the connected load lesser will be the backup time.

The backup time of a battery also depends upon the class of battery. Batteries come in different classes of discharge rates. There are two standards of batteries discharge rate, that is Class 10 and Class 20.
